About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven E-Commerce Team Lead to accelerate our digital growth across TikTok, leading online marketplaces, , and B2B platforms. You'll take charge of online sales, expand our digital presence, build strong partnerships and lead a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do

TikTok Commerce & Content

  • Lead TikTok Shop and TikTok Live strategies to drive awareness and sales.
  • Plan engaging livestreams and collaborate with influencers/KOLs.
  • Create and oversee compelling TikTok content that converts.
  • Track performance and optimize for ROI.

Marketplaces &

  • Build and grow our presence on Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Amazon and more.
  • Manage resellers and partners to expand reach and availability.
  • Optimize for seamless shopping and customer loyalty.
  • Work with marketplace teams on campaigns, deals and visibility.

B2B E-Commerce

  • Launch and manage a B2B ordering platform for cafés, restaurants and small businesses.
  • Develop solutions for bulk and wholesale buyers, including pricing and logistics.

Cross-Border & Quick Commerce

  • Expand e-commerce reach across Southeast Asia and global markets.
  • Explore opportunities on quick commerce platforms like GrabMart and delivery apps.
  • Create and execute cross-border logistics and shipping strategies.

Operations & Fulfilment

  • Partner with enablers, 3PLs and fulfilment providers for smooth operations.
  • Oversee inventory, order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve processes for speed and scalability.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor and grow the e-commerce team across content, marketing and operations.
  • Manage external agencies and platform partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain and finance to align strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or E-Commerce.
  • 5–8 years of e-commerce or digital sales experience, ideally in Food FMCG.
  • Proven experience with TikTok commerce and SEA marketplaces.
  • Skilled in managing and B2B e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiar with cross-border and quick commerce ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a creative, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and project management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
