Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on E-commerce Specialist to lead our official stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee. You will be the key link between our online customers and our operations, responsible for the entire customer journey—from driving sales to ensuring smooth delivery and handling returns.

Key Responsibilities:

Store & Sales Management:

  • Manage and grow our official stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.
  • Develop and propose comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored to each platform to achieve revenue targets.
  • Execute end-to-end campaigns, including live streams, vouchers, and flash sales.

Content & Customer Service:

  • Create and optimize product listings with high-converting content (images, videos, descriptions).
  • Be the primary point of contact for all e-commerce customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing reviews to ensure a positive brand experience.

Operations & Logistics:

  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to monitor order status, ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Manage the returns and exchange process, working with customers and the warehouse to facilitate smooth returns when necessary.

Analysis & Strategy:

  • Analyze platform data and KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion) to track performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Stay on top of the latest platform trends, features, and marketing tools to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Hands-on experience managing and growing e-commerce stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and/or Shopee.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure efficient order-to-delivery cycles and handle returns.
  • A data-driven mindset with skills in analyzing sales reports and customer insights.
  • Creative, up-to-date with social commerce trends, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to communicate with our regional team from China and across SEA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,200.00 per month
