As we grow, we are now expanding into the broader home appliance market, introducing a range of personal care devices such as hairdryers, shavers, and more. With a focus on quality, design, and user experience, Seamless Technology aims to become a trusted name in modern home essentials.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall sales of e-commerce across the website. To make sales plan and execute the regular and seasonal promotions.
  • Skilled in product photography and graphic design.
  • To manage e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns. To work with internal and external partners on campaign setup. To analyze user behavior and campaign data, and conduct continuous optimization for campaigns.
  • To generate reports and present to department heads, on topics of branding and operation when required.
  • To conduct competitor analysis and market analysis with good understanding of mobile markets. Analyze operation data for improvement, and act to close the gap.
  • To cultivate online shopping in local markets by means of gaining new users, maintaining active users, improving conversion rate and etc.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in e-commerce field
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing
  • Passionate about the growing E-commerce industry
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Required language: English, Mandarin as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking management

Qualifications

  • Commerce and Sales skills
  • Analytical Skills for sales data analysis
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Experience in online retail operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
