Fashrevo is expanding fast and we're looking for a talented E-Commerce Specialist who can help grow our online revenue across Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Zalora.

If you are someone who is organised, tech-savvy, data-driven, and loves working with online marketplaces, this role is perfect for you.

You will work closely with the Founder, Marketing Team, and Marketplace Team to ensure smooth operations, accurate SKU listings, strong campaign performance, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, and Shopify
  • Upload and update SKUs, descriptions, pricing, and variations
  • Ensure accurate stock sync across all platforms
  • Maintain high-quality product listings with images and SEO keywords

2. Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Prepare campaign submissions (Payday, 10.10, 11.11, Raya, Mega Sales)
  • Coordinate vouchers, bundles, and platform promotions
  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Ensure assets and campaign timelines are met

3. Operations & Order Coordination

  • Monitor marketplace notifications and tickets
  • Coordinate with fulfillment team for smooth order processing
  • Handle minor customer inquiries (non-escalated)
  • Ensure SLA compliance for orders, cancellations, and returns

4. Performance & Data Analytics

  • Track daily sales and performance across all platforms
  • Analyse pricing, competitor trends, and conversion rate
  • Identify best-sellers and low-performing SKUs
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

5. Website & Content Support

  • Assist in updating Shopify homepage banners, collections & offers
  • Work with marketing & creative team to ensure alignment
  • Support with product photoshoot planning when required

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
  • Familiar with Seller Centre (Shopee, TikTok Shop) & CMS (Shopify/Zalora)
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Good communication & can work independently
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends
  • Fast learner, proactive, responsible
  • Passion for retail, fashion, and online selling is a plus
