Freelance Paid Ads Specialist (Google & Meta)

Project-Based / Monthly Retainer
• Remote

We are seeking a Freelance Paid Ads Specialist to support our Google Ads and Meta Ads performance campaigns. You will handle hands-on execution, optimisation, tracking, and reporting across assigned client projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours.

How You'll Contribute

  • Set up, manage, and optimise Google & Meta paid ads
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting & bidding optimisation
  • Monitor KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, CTR)
  • Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, GTM & pixel events
  • Perform A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audiences
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Maintain accurate budget pacing and optimisation delivery

What You Bring

  • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
  • Ability to troubleshoot tracking and optimisation issues
  • Responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work independently

Must Have

  • 1–5 years experience in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and tracking setups
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Good To Have

  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio dashboards
  • Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
