About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for lead generation. You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns with the goal of driving high-quality leads at efficient cost (CPL/CPA).

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution, data-driven, and comfortable managing daily ad operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Ads Management (Main Focus)

  • Plan, build and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns
  • Set up ad structures, audiences, retargeting, lookalikes, and custom events
  • Conduct A/B tests across creatives, copy, and audiences
  • Monitor campaign performance daily (CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS)
  • Scale winning ad sets while controlling cost

2. Creative Strategy & Testing

  • Work with designers/creators to produce ad creatives
  • Suggest creative angles, hooks, and formats
  • Run continuous creative testing to combat ad fatigue
  • Identify high-performing content styles

3. Funnel & Tracking

  • Implement proper tracking (UTMs, pixels, event setup)
  • Ensure accurate attribution and reporting
  • Work with internal team to improve landing page conversion rates

4. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain dashboards using GA4, Ads Manager & TikTok Analytics

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (hands-on)
  • Proven experience with lead-generation campaigns
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation & retargeting
  • Experience with UTM tracking, conversion events, pixel setup
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in Canva, CapCut or simple video editing
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio
  • Experience working in high-volume ad accounts (RM20k+/month)
