Performance Marketing Specialist also known as Campaign Manager - Drive Digital Success with Industry Leaders

Your Core Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management
  2. Plan, setup, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs
  3. Performance Optimization
  4. Stay current with platform algorithm changes to optimize budget spend and performance
  5. Reporting
  6. Execute regular campaign performance updates and reporting
  7. Analysis
  8. Track campaign budgets and maintain databases for analysis

Team Support
- Deliver quality work and share insights that drive value for the team and clients

Essential Tools You'll Master:

  1. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
  2. Various software extensions integrated with ad accounts

What You Bring:

  1. Relevant degree
    in Advertising, IT, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  2. 3-4 years experience
    in Google Ads/Facebook Ads campaign management
  3. Professional certifications
  4. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint preferred
  5. Technical skills
  6. Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Analytics tools
  7. Communication abilities
  8. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin advantageous
