It's a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure and providing reliable technical assistance to end-users. Key responsibilities include the following aspects:

Responsibilities

1.Device Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot desktop devices (e.g., computers, printers).

2.OS and Software Support: Install, configure, and support operating systems (e.g., Windows, MacOS) and software.

3.User Support: Provide daily technical support and resolve user issues.

4.Device Deployment: Set up and initialize new devices, including system and software installation.

5.Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets and software licenses.

6.Security Management: Update security patches and enforce security policies.

7.Documentation: Write and maintain technical documents and guides.

8.Vendor Collaboration: Work with suppliers to resolve hardware/software issues.

Qualifications

1.Education: Diploma's degree in Computer Science or related field (exceptions for highly capable candidates).

2.Technical Knowledge: Proficient in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
