About the role

Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch located in Bandar Perda Penang. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the branch, while contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff supervision, inventory management and customer service

  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability

  3. Analyse branch performance data and identify areas for improvement
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  5. Collaborate with the head office team to support the achievement of overall business objectives
  6. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the branch team
  7. Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise, and implement solutions in a timely manner

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar branch management or retail management role
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
  5. Familiar with inventory management and supply chain operations
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
