About the Company:

Our client is a well-known luxury beauty brands company. They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This position will be reporting directly to the General Manager Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts and deliver timely financial and management reports.
  • Process AP/AR transactions accurately; monitor outstanding receivables and handle related queries.
  • Prepare quarterly GST filings and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance by verifying expenses and financial data against internal and regulatory standards.
  • Safeguard financial records and maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.
  • Support month-end/year-end closing and assist in audit preparations.
  • Provide financial insights for operational improvements and evaluate business impact on company finances.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP Business One, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
