RECEPTIONIST
- Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records, billing, and room assignments.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and directions, providing knowledgeable recommendations and thoughtful support.
- User proper telephone etiquette.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, in line with hotel grooming standards.
- Promote the resort facilities and services
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area. Utilize free time cleaning and tidying work areas.
- Support team by being adaptable and willing to assist in other areas when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a diligent, proactive and positive attitude.
- Good organizational, multitasking abilities and can work in team.
- Customer-oriented with a professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
