Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our finance and HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, handling administrative tasks, and supporting people operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting entries, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Help manage payroll processing and monthly statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records for HR and finance files
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, and documents
- Coordinate staff leave records and claims
- Perform general admin and support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, HR, or related field
- 12 years of relevant experience preferred
- Familiar with MS Excel and basic accounting software
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn and support multiple functions
- Work from office in Cheras
