Job Description:

  • Assist in daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record keeping.
  • Handle data entry for invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and petty cash.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping and audit purposes.
  • Support the Finance/Accounts Executive in closing monthly and yearly accounts.
  • Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and suppliers when necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Autocount, or equivalent).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
