Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Northen Corridor, Malaysia . The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing technical guidance. Duties include conducting product presentations, preparing and delivering technical proposals, overseeing the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and provide technical guidance
  • Experience in preparing and delivering technical proposals and product presentations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
