About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to join our team at THONG KIT AUTO PARTS SDN BHD' in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time Storekeeper, you will be responsible for the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse and inventory. This is a critical role that supports the overall operations of our manufacturing, transport and logistics business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, storing, and distributing a variety of parts in an organized and efficient manner
  2. Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
  3. Conducting regular stock take and providing detailed reporting to management
  4. Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery truck
  5. Organizing the warehouse layout to optimise space and accessibility
  6. Collaborating with colleagues across the business to provide excellent customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar warehousing role
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  3. Ability to read and interpret inventory records, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
