Job Description:


• To sell and cross-sell Personal Loan products (indoor sales).


• To ensure that all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.


• Build rapport and relationship with the customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales and increase product holding.


• Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.


• Increase our customer base by proactively acting on leads from our database and setting up appointments with potential customers and follow up activities.


• To have best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:


• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree with credit in major subjects in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent


• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent


• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English


• Experienced in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word and Outlook


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided


• Full-Time and Contract-basis position(s) available


• Able to work immediately
