1. Position Summary

Bertanggungjawab membantu dalam operasi harian restoran, memastikan layanan pelanggan yang baik, kebersihan terjaga, serta menyokong kelancaran penyediaan dan penyajian makanan & minuman.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

  • Menyambut tetamu dengan mesra dan profesional.
  • Mengambil pesanan dengan tepat dan memastikan makanan/minuman dihantar mengikut standard masa.
  • Menangani pertanyaan dan aduan tetamu secara sopan dan efektif.
  • Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan sepanjang pengalaman makan.

Restaurant Operations

  • Menyediakan meja, susun atur dan peralatan sebelum operasi bermula.
  • Memastikan restoran sentiasa bersih, kemas dan teratur.
  • Membantu dalam penyediaan asas seperti menyiapkan minuman, memotong buah atau tugas prep ringan (jika diarahkan).
  • Menjaga stok asas peralatan seperti cutlery, napkin, condiment dan glassware.

Food Safety & Hygiene

  • Mematuhi semua SOP keselamatan makanan & kebersihan.
  • Membersihkan meja, tray, trolley, dan peralatan mengikut standard HACCP/halal (jika berkaitan).
  • Memastikan pengendalian makanan dilakukan dengan betul.

Cashiering

  • Mengendalikan POS system untuk bil dan pembayaran.
  • Memastikan ketepatan wang dan rekod transaksi.

Teamwork

  • Membantu rakan sekerja semasa waktu sibuk.
  • Menjalankan tugas tambahan yang diarahkan oleh Supervisor/Restaurant Manager.

3. Requirements

  • Minimum SPM atau pengalaman kerja berkaitan.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.
  • Penampilan kemas & sikap positif.
  • Boleh bekerja syif, hujung minggu & cuti umum.
  • Berdisiplin, rajin dan mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran laju.

4. Reporting To

Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
