Job Description:

  1. Marketplace Strategy & Growth

  2. Plan and implement strategies to increase sales, improve brand visibility, and achieve KPIs on Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.

  3. Participate in platform campaigns and explore new growth opportunities.

  4. Conduct competitor analysis regularly (pricing, promotions, ads, product placement).

  5. Daily Operations & Store Management

  6. Product Setup & Maintenance

  7. Ensure optimized product titles with keywords, complete descriptions (size, material, FAQ, shipping info), and high-quality visuals.

  8. Keep stock, sizes, and variations updated.

  9. Promotions & Campaigns

  10. Plan and execute store vouchers, co-fund promotions, limited-time deals, and bundles.

  11. Participate in platform campaigns as scheduled.

  12. Advertising & Live Streaming

  13. Manage ad budgets, ensuring hot/new products are consistently promoted.

  14. Monitor ad performance: traffic, orders, costs, ROI.

  15. ⁠Support visibility by ensuring minimum 21 hours of live streaming per week (in collaboration with live hosts).

  16. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

  17. Track campaign & ad performance (orders, ROI, conversion rates).

  18. Analyze traffic sources, product performance, and platform tool effectiveness.

  19. Provide monthly performance reports to management.

  20. Cross-Department Collaboration

  21. Work with platform Relationship Managers for exposure & campaign slots.

  22. Coordinate with warehouse for smooth order fulfillment.

  23. Share product/customer insights with customer service to reduce returns & complaints (e.g., sizing accuracy, updated FAQ).

  24. Ensure customer inquiries and reviews are managed promptly to maintain store ratings.

  25. Tools, Learning & Applications

  26. Stay updated on new platform tools (e.g., affiliates, vouchers, ads, live features).

  27. Apply these tools effectively and document learnings for continuous improvement.

  28. General Tasks

  29. Perform other e-commerce related tasks assigned by the manager.

  30. Request meetings/discussions when needed if facing difficulties, instead of waiting until end-of-day reports.

Qualifications:

· Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing or any related field

· Good command of English and Malay language in both written & verbal

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Able to work independently

· Fresh-grad is encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
