Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Executive:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies across multiple brands.
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, and events).
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
  • Plan and manage promotional events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management.

Digital Marketing Executive:

  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Execute digital advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads.
  • Oversee e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, brand website) – listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with influencers/KOLs and support live streaming activities.
  • Monitor and optimize SEO, SEM, and digital analytics to improve performance.
  • Create and edit visuals or videos using Canva/Adobe tools.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in social media management, Google Ads, SEO, and e-commerce.
  • Strong project management, communication, and creative skills.
  • Experience with video editing or live streaming is an advantage.
  • Passion for beauty, luxury, and lifestyle brands.
