Role Overview

The Designer role is suited for professionals with experience engaging directly with clients to shape and deliver impactful visual solutions. This role is both strategic and executional: you'll own end-to-end, multi-channel design projects and work as a collaborative partner within an integrated team to solve complex briefs.

As a client-facing designer, you will serve as a trusted visual consultant and brand guardian, translating business needs into compelling design across digital and print platforms. You'll be expected to confidently present ideas, guide visual direction, and help drive design-led conversations that align with client objectives.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career by expanding their autonomy, strategic thinking, and client management within the design process.

Key Responsibilities

Own

• Deliver high-quality visual designs that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Lead the visual direction by working directly with clients to define and shape the style and creative approach.
• Translate client vision, brand identity, and messaging clearly through your design work.
• Manage overall design output across multi-channel advertising and media campaigns.
• Coordinate production timelines and deliverables with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Use PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite tools confidently to create and adapt designs.

Support

• Understand Tag's full range of services to identify and suggest new creative opportunities for clients.
• Help present design strategies and ideas to clients alongside the design team.
• Review and ensure quality control for designs, artwork, photography, and graphics produced by others.
• Share knowledge and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative and learning-focused team environment.

Develop

• Total cost ownership of complex projects across multiple service lines.
• Ability to manage and grow a small team of junior Designers.
