Role Overview
As a Client Growth Marketer, you'll be the marketing engine behind our clients' hiring success. You'll work directly with the sales team and clients to understand their talent challenges, then create high-impact, bilingual (Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia) social campaigns—primarily on social media —that turn stagnant job ads into high-performing talent magnets. Your success is measured by real business outcomes: more qualified applicants, faster time-to-hire, and happy clients who renew and expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the marketing partner to key clients—diagnose why their job ads underperform and prescribe creative + data-backed solutions.
- Design and execute bilingual social campaigns—with heavy focus on Xiaohongshu and other social media channels —to drive visibility, engagement, and applications for client job postings.
- Collaborate daily with sales to translate client needs into compelling content and campaign strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, application rate, cost-per-hire) and iterate quickly to maximize ROI.
- Build reusable campaign templates, content formats, and best practices that scale across client segments.
- Stay ahead of trends in social platforms, employer branding, and candidate behavior.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or client-facing campaign roles (HR tech, recruitment, or B2B SaaS a plus).
- Fluent in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)—able to craft culturally resonant content for both audiences.
- Proven experience creating high-performing content on Xiaohongshu (XHS)—portfolio required.
- Comfortable using data to guide creative decisions and prove marketing impact.
- You think like a consultant + creator + analyst—not just a task executor.
