Account Executive

Job Description:
- Responsible for full set of accounts, GST and taxation for the company
- Responsible for daily accounting transactions processing
- Projection plan on a monthly basis
- P&L on monthly basis
- Prepare management program and audit
- Prepare creditors payment & reconciliation
- General administrative support inclusive of insurance and licenses
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, company secretaries, government and other authorities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors
- To process monthly payroll & overtime claim
- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
- Compile and sort invoices and checks.
- Issue checks for accounts payable
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system
- Record charges and refunds
- Support accounting personnel
- Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records
- Provide front desk customer service
- File and tally deposits
- Match invoices to market list, delivery order and purchase order
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by executive appointed to you at any time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance
Minimum 3 years in similar role, with experience in F&B is an added advantage
Familiar in SQL
Able to multi-task and work independently
Good command of English and Malay
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
