Primary Roles:

  • Prepare monthly financial closing accounts according to company policies and accounting standards.
  • Perform accounts payable and receivable management and scheduling.
  • Perform fixed asset register.
  • Archive and maintain proper records and filing for easy retrieval.
  • Liaise with the company's secretary, auditors, bankers and other relevant authorities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethical standards and relevant state laws/regulations in all business dealings.

Main Responsibilities:

1a. Timely and accurately key in the journal entry, including accounts reclassification, inventory, bank, and fixed deposit reconciliation into SAP/ABSS Accounting System.

1b. Timely verify and update fixed asset information into the consolidation report and reconcile the balance against the general ledger in SAP/ABSS Accounting System.

2a. Timely and accurately key in the approved supplier's invoice into SAP/ABSS Accounting System.

2b. Timely prepare supplier payment upon the due date and follow up with the overdue debtors based on the Aging report generated from SAP.

2c. Maintain and timely execute monthly recurring payments based on the established recurring payment list.

3a. Timely reconciled the monthly fixed asset register by documenting asset additions, applying depreciation policies, and disposal or written-off assets.

3b. Timely prepare the depreciation table and the journal entry in SAP/ABSS Accounting System.

  1. Print the monthly transactions report from SAP for document reconciliation and practice documentation through systematic filing and secure archiving for quick and reliable access.

5a. Coordinate with the company secretary to obtain required secretarial forms and documents.

5b. Provide information to external auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies as required.

  1. Execute the company's best policies and businesses as directed and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,650.00 per month
