We are looking for talents to initiate, develop and launch payment products and capabilities, such as debit/credit cards and mobile/in-app payment capabilities, that will transform Hong Leong to be a leader in the payments space competing with banks, e-wallets, and other forms of payment instruments with the aim of generating growth of Payment, Partnership and Unsecured Loans' Profit & Loss.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Periodic review of product P&L to derive product strategies, marketing initiatives and action plans to improve product profitability.

  • Lead the planning and launch of payment solutions to achieve the business' objectives, sales and financial targets while supporting channel alignments on launches through effective campaign briefing and internal communications. 

  • Benchmark existing product proposition (CVP) versus market to ensure competitiveness, revising existing product or developing new products if necessary.

  • Drive credit cards acquisition through differentiated acquisition campaigns, expansion of distribution channels, improve customer on-boarding process and consistently engage the sales team to provide necessary marketing support.

  • Drive product acquisition via offline and digital channel (leads, applications, funding/approval) through developing and implementing marketing frameworks to improve customer performance (i.e. card activation, retail spend, revolving, etc.).

  • Enhance digital acquisition journey for all related products to improve business acquisition and customer experience 

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen

  • Undergraduate Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of working experience in product development, campaign management and/or payments

  • Familiarity with the industry players such as media, advertising including A&P would be an added advantage
