We are looking for an energetic and charismatic TikTok Live Host/Content Creator to promote and sell our merchandise through live streaming. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with audiences, showcasing products, and driving sales in real time.

Job Description:

  1. Live Streaming & Product Demonstration:

  2. Conduct live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms to showcase and demonstrate Oriental Kopi's products.

  3. Engage with viewers in real-time by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

  4. Demonstrate key product features, benefits, and usage to ensure viewers understand and appreciate the value of the products.

  5. Audience Engagement:

  6. Actively engage with viewers during live streaming, creating an interactive and informative experience.

  7. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor to captivate and retain the audience's attention throughout the session.

  8. Encourage viewers to participate, ask questions, and make product purchases during the live stream.

  9. Content Development & Promotion:

  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with promotional strategies for live streaming sessions.

  11. Assist in brainstorming and developing new ideas for future live streams, product launches, and promotions.

  12. Help implement effective promotional tactics to increase viewer engagement and drive sales during live streaming events.

  13. Customer Service & Product Knowledge:

  14. Provide detailed and accurate product information during live streams to ensure customers make informed decisions.

  15. Respond promptly to viewer inquiries, resolve any product-related issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  16. Ensure all customer concerns are handled professionally and effectively during and after the live stream.

  17. Live Streaming Coordination:

  18. Assist in the planning and coordination of live streaming schedules, ensuring timely sessions according to the pre-set calendar.

  19. Adapt to different time slots, including evenings and weekends, based on the live streaming schedule.

  20. Maintain smooth operation of live streaming tools and ensure technical aspects of live sessions run seamlessly.

  21. Other Duties:

  22. Perform additional tasks as required or assigned by management to support the team and the company's objectives.

  23. Stay updated on new trends and technologies in live streaming and e-commerce to continually enhance the live streaming experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Passionate about F&B, especially coffee, and able to convey product knowledge enthusiastically
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for live streaming
  • Good appearance and grooming
  • Candidates extroverted with a polite speaking style
  • Ability to attract and engage customers with a pleasant demeanor

Office Location:

  • Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
