Requirements:

  • Strong communication, confidence, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of the camera with energetic personality.
  • Ability to explain product features clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in TikTok Live / Shopee Live is an added advantage (but training provided).
  • Able to work on evenings/weekends when required for campaign periods.
  • Basic understanding of social media engagement and sales conversion.
  • Creative, positive attitude, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Team player and able to follow scripts, talking points, and marketing guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Host live streaming sessions on TikTok/Shopee/Facebook to promote company products.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain product functions confidently during live.
  • Interact with viewers, answer questions, and drive engagement.
  • Achieve target sales during live sessions.
  • Plan live scripts, product highlights, and selling points with the marketing team.
  • Monitor live analytics (views, conversion, sales) and propose improvements.
  • Maintain a professional image and represent the brand effectively.
  • Create short video content or product highlights from live sessions when required.
  • Participate in campaign shoots, product demos, and marketing activities.
