1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system (e.g. SQL)
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
2. Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Verify and process supplier invoices for raw materials, logistics, utilities, and packaging materials.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders (PO) and goods received notes (GRN).
  • Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely settlement to suppliers.
3. Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Issue invoices to distributors, supermarkets, and wholesale customers.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
4. Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare supporting documents for management reports, including expense analysis, sales summaries, and cost breakdowns.
  • Support annual audits by preparing required schedules and reconciliations.
5. Administrative & General Duties
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting records
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
