Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Haulage Planner based in Pelabuhan Klang. The Haulage Planner will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and coordinating haulage operations, managing transportation logistics, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods. Key responsibilities include optimizing routes, liaising with drivers to monitor deliveries, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and managing any operational issues to maintain the company's service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in logistics planning, transportation coordination, and operational management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for driver and client coordination
  • Problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills to manage tight schedules and resolve issues efficiently
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with logistics software or transportation management systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
