Tanggungjawab Kerja:

  • Bertanggungjawab untuk mengendalikan tugas kaunter depan, termasuk menyambut tetamu dan menjawab telefon.
  • Mengendalikan tempahan bilik hotel, daftar masuk dan daftar keluar serta tanggungjawab pengendalian wang tunai.
  • Memberi perkhidmatan yang sopan kepada tetamu dan bertindak balas dengan segera dan bijaksana terhadap aduan, permintaan dan pertanyaan pelanggan.
  • Mengekalkan standard perkhidmatan pelanggan

Syarat Calon:

  • Mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya SPM.
  • Kemahiran interpersonal yang baik.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi dan personaliti yang baik.
  • Berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam kedua-dua Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mesti bersedia bekerja untuk mengikut syif termasuk bekerja pada hari minggu dan cuti umum.
  • Mesti sanggup bekerja di syif malam.
  • Latihan akan disediakan.
  • Umur dari 18-35 Tahun.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • B2/D (Preferred)
