About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Partner Program Coordinator to support the APJ Distribution, Partner Strategy & Program team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving training operations, partner enablement initiatives, campaign execution, and performance reporting across the region. You will collaborate closely with both regional and country-level teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs and strategic partner activities. Core will be managing the Taiwan partner program, following with other APJ countries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Operations & ROI Management
- Coordinate logistics for face-to-face and virtual trainings, including attendance templates, IPA slides, and post-training uploads.
- Collect and publish training recordings for on-demand access.
- Generate training outcome reports, calculate ROI, and monitor individual training goals.
- Track distributor training progress for DSP programs and manage scheduled reporting cycles.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional training campaigns and webinars.
- Collaborate with agencies and account managers to develop campaign assets, email communications, and landing pages.
- Provide post-campaign and post-webinar analytics, manage participant engagement, and respond to inquiries.
- Support HQ-led and regional learning events from planning to execution.
- Prepare invitee lists, coordinate dry runs, assist with live event moderation, and manage post-event reporting and follow-ups.
- Execute weekly and quarterly reports on training completions, competencies, and OKR progress.
- Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and Excel trackers for internal stakeholders.
- Generate weekly training activity reports for field teams and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
- Maintain updated course lists and upload to SharePoint monthly.
- Manage internal training communications via shared mailboxes.
- Update internal and external briefcases with the latest training news and resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is essential.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in training operations, event logistics, or partner enablement is preferred.
