1. Finance

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

2. Planner

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production planning and scheduling activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update records.
  • Support demand forecasting and material planning.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely delivery.
  • Prepare reports on production status and planning metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

3. Human Resources (ER & IR)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Support documentation and tracking of IR cases and investigations.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to ER/IR activities and trends.
  • Provide administrative support for compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employee relations concepts.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills.
  • Creative skills for supporting engagement activities and visual communication.
  • Skills in video editing, photo taking, and Canva are a plus.

4. Associate Program Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Program Managers in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Help prepare status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor risks and issues, and assist in follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and support project communication efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project tools like MS Project or Jira is a plus.
