Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Lead HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee employee engagement programs and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in driving HR policies and decisions.
- Manage training and development programs to ensure continuous growth and skill development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts, providing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience
: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR management role.
Skills
:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
