Position: Sales Executive

Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Location: SW-03-38 Cova Square, Jalan Teknologi, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Description

We are looking for aSales Executive to join our team and drive business growth by converting leads into loyal customers. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building strong client relationships while staying updated with market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through phone calls and convert leads into sales.
  • Manage and track all provided leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Provide regular updates to the founder on sales progress, challenges, and client feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to adjust sales tactics effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align on strategies and business goals.
  • Contribute ideas to refine and improve the sales strategy based on market research and client feedback.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with clients to negotiate and close deals when required.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
