Corporate Trainer

Position Overview

We are seeking
experienced Corporate Trainers
who are passionate about developing people and delivering high-quality learning experiences. The ideal candidate is skilled in soft skills and/or HR-related training topics and holds a valid
HRDC "Train-the-Trainer (TTT)" certification
, making them eligible to conduct HRD Corp-claimable programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs in areas such as "Soft Skills" and "HR-related topics" (Performance Management, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employment Laws, HR Fundamentals, etc.)
• Conduct training sessions for corporate clients across various industries.
• Customize training materials and modules to meet client needs and business objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback tools, and post-training reviews.
• Prepare training reports, documentation, and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, HR best practices, and emerging training methodologies.

Requirements

• HRDC-certified
  Train-the-Trainer (TTT)
  certificate (preferred).
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, soft skills trainer, HR trainer, or HR practitioner with training exposure.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage participants at different levels, from entry-level to senior management.
• Experience developing training materials, learning modules, and assessment tools.
• Professional, dynamic, and confident in classroom and virtual training environments.
• Ability to travel for on-site training.
