Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative UX Designer to champion the end-to-end user journey through user-centric research and the application of best UX practices, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction, confidence, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion end-to-end user journeys by deeply understanding user roles and translating complex workflows into intuitive experiences
  • Conduct user-centric research and apply UX best practices to drive usability, satisfaction, and product adoption
  • Design user flows, wireframes, UI states, and interactive prototypes to communicate with stakeholders effectively
  • Define interaction logic, edge cases, and UX behaviours to ensure clarity and consistency during development
  • Reinforce brand trust and user confidence through clear, transparent, and advisory-driven user experiences

Who you are:

  • 3–6 years experience in UX-centric roles within HR Technology, SaaS, workflow-based, or platform products
  • Proven ability to translate complex processes into user-centric product flows and UI logic
  • Experience producing functional requirements, interaction logic, and user journeys
  • Proficiency with Figma or AI-enhanced design tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams
