Job Summary

We're looking for a
Creative Marketing Designer
who can transform ideas into visually engaging designs that support marketing goals. You'll work closely with our copywriter and marketing team to create social media visuals, ad creatives, and design assets that align with our brand and campaigns.

This role requires both
design creativity
and
marketing understanding,
you'll research trends, study competitors, and design content that connects with our B2B target audience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design visuals for social media (organic posts and ads) including static, carousel, and video-based creatives.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that align with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the copywriter to ensure consistency between visuals and written content.
  • Research competitors, audience preferences, and industry trends to guide design direction.
  • Create visual content for software-related posts, case studies, and service highlights.
  • Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, and digital ads.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve ad performance through creative iterations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    graphic design
    and
    social media marketing visuals
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    design for digital platforms
    (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    ads creative strategy
    and visual storytelling.
  • Basic understanding of
    B2B marketing concepts
    and target audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for web and app interface design.
  • Strong communication skills to explain design ideas and collaborate with copywriters and marketers.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
