Your new role
As the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, you will lead the development and execution of a strategic, data-driven hiring approach. You'll oversee global recruitment operations, enhance the firm's employer brand, and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to align talent strategies with business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence executive decision-making and scale high-performing TA teams across SEA, South Asia, and EMEA.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in regional or global talent acquisition roles, ideally within trading, fintech, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling global TA teams.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing technical and quantitative talent (traders, developers, quants).
  • Strong capabilities in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with modern TA tech stacks (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; MBA preferred.
