RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in handling daily operations and other supervisory duties including operating and closing of store, merchandising restocking and administration.
  • Responsible in cash handling of daily sales, stock receipt report and sales reports;
  • Ensures pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to company's standard;
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and issues;
  • Ensuring prompt ordering and receiving of products into the system.
  • Organize and distribute staff schedules
  • Provide expert product recommendations to customers, including guidance on baking ingredients, tools, and techniques.
  • Maintain product knowledge of baking trends, new ingredients, and specialty items to better assist customers.
  • Monitor stock levels closely, especially fast-moving and perishable items, to prevent shortages or spoilage.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and product quality.
  • Assist in preparing product samples, demonstrations, or small workshops to promote products and enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, especially food-related areas such as ingredient shelves, sampling stations, and storage rooms.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to highlight seasonal items, new arrivals, or promotional products.
  • Review expiration dates regularly and manage product rotation (FIFO).
  • Support the preparation of promotional activities, discounts, and festive campaigns.
  • Handle online or phone orders, including packing and coordinating deliveries for customers.
  • Update product information in the system, including pricing, descriptions, and stock adjustments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hardworking and passionate in retail industry;
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality;
  • Good communication skill (Bahasa Malaysia & English) and able to work in team;
  • Responsible and willing to learn;
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Preferably Female;
  • Fresh Graduates or Ex-cabin crew are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM7.00 - RM7.50 per hour
