Assistant QAQC Manager

The Assistant QA/QC Manager is to assist the Assistant General Manager to ensure the company's Quality ManagementSystem (QMS) department effectively maintained involved in the development and implementation of the quality systemand Quality Policy is in accordance with the market practice.Key Responsibilities:1. Assist the QA/QC Manager to implementing and review the QA/QC procedures and performance on anon-going basis.2. Provide solution and supports the Project Manager/Construction Manager in dealing with the Client forall the Quality matters and assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Planson the site.3. Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file therequired Quality Records.4. Assist QA/QC Manager to manage ISO9001:2015 certification process, continuous improvement andquality assurance projects.5. Identify root cause of product deficiencies and provide solutions to QA/QC Manager regardinginspection function deficiencies.6. Analyse, plan and conducting awareness training for relevant staff7. Initiate preventive action plan to minimize the occurrence of system non-conformance8. Manage construction processes, plant equipment, inspection and QMS internal audits.9. Reviewing of all design proposals and construction documentation including specification and drawingand report to QA/QC Manager10. Manage and control all Quality Management System record and documentation11. Ensure adherence to Quality, Safety and Environmental policy regulations and guidelines.Requirements:1. Degree holder2.
