Your Role

As a fresh graduate, your journey with us will be centered around learning, contributing, and growing in a dynamic and collaborative tech environment. This programme is designed to help you build a strong foundation in software development while gaining exposure to real-world projects and technologies.

1.
Programming & Development

  • Apply your foundational knowledge in JavaScript and Testing (Automation, Functional, and Performance).
  • Learn to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with guidance from experienced developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to live projects.

2.
Technical Aptitude & Problem-Solving

  • Understand server-side development and basic web service architectures.
  • Troubleshoot coding issues and optimize application performance.
  • Adopt and apply industry best practices in software development.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Assist in Manual and Automation Testing across different platforms.
  • Learn how testing fits into the software development lifecycle.

4.
AI & GenAI Awareness

  • Explore how AI and Generative AI are applied in modern software projects.
  • Understand the potential of AI in solving business challenges.

5.
Soft Skills & Team Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment and participate in team ceremonies.
  • Develop critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and web technologies.
  • Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, and cloud computing.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented, Agile environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally in a fast-paced tech setting.
