Your new role

As a Graduate Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling interviews and creating placement records with 100% accuracy
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates and clients, delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage temporary worker details, including contracts, candidate pre-onboarding, offboarding banking information, and time sheets via recruitment systems.
  • Maintain accurate records on client platforms and ensure data integrity.
  • Support compliance reporting and assist in preparing monthly reports for stakeholders.
