  1. JOB PURPOSE

The AI Engineer will be part of the Central AI Enablement Team tasked with driving structured adoption of Generative AI (GenAI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Agentic AI across the organisation. This role is designed for a high-potential recent graduate who will be developed into an expert in these technologies. The AI Engineer will lead and orchestrate a network of AI Adoption Agents embedded within departments and business units to identify, develop, and implement AI use cases that deliver measurable improvements in productivity, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue growth.

  1. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical discipline.

Work Experience

No prior work experience required, but internships or academic projects involving AI, automation, or software development are advantageous.

  1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in structured training and hands-on development to become proficient in GenAI, RPA, and Agentic AI tools.

Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with strategic goals.

Design, prototype, and support deployment of AI solutions across departments

Lead coordination and enablement of AI Adoption Agents across the organization.

Maintain a central repository of AI use cases, solution designs, and implementation outcomes.

Monitor performance and impact of deployed AI solutions and recommend improvements.

Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance to the company's operations

Support change management and user enablement efforts related to AI adoption.
