Job Description

We are looking for a creative Senior Designer
with a strong aesthetic sense who can lead design projects independently from concept through final delivery. You will be responsible for a wide range of outputs including brand visuals, marketing materials, and social media designs, and will also mentor or guide team members when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and define the overall brand visual style and creative direction
  • Independently execute design projects, including brand identity, social media creatives, advertising visuals, packaging design, and campaign/event promotional materials
  • Propose creative concepts, mood boards, and visual references
  • Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, photography, and video teams to ensure visual consistency
  • Maintain high standards of design quality, typography, color usage, and overall visual appeal
  • Clearly present and articulate design concepts to team members or clients
  • Stay updated on design trends and suggest improvements or optimizations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience (advertising, branding, or e-commerce background is acceptable)
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (knowledge of Motion graphics / After Effects is an advantage)
  • Strong sensitivity to typography, layout, composition, and colour
  • Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Inclusion of portfolio is required for shortlisting
