Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer at SKINMADE. We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 
Senior Graphic Designer
 to lead and execute compelling visual content across digital, print, product, and packaging design. This role requires an individual who can independently plan and develop design concepts, translate brand direction into visually impactful assets, and contribute to the evolution of our brand identity.

You will be responsible for producing a wide range of multimedia materials, including campaign visuals, product packaging, marketing collaterals, website and social media content. Your work will span from concept development to final artwork, ensuring precision and high design standards throughout.

This position requires strong collaboration with internal teams (marketing, product, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, printers), and the ability to mentor junior designers. A keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of layout and typography, and proficiency in packaging and product design are essential.

The ideal candidate is not only creative but also strategic, organized, and takes initiative in proposing improvements to elevate visual branding and campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least Degree.
  • Have experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Able to communicate well in English
  • Interest in and basic understanding of skincare is preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Possess a positive and dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, practical, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.
  • Keeping up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to maintain a high level of creativity and proficiency in graphic design.
  • Preferable Beauty/Fashion related background
