Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Klang Valley for a Retail Sales Assistant. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, handling transactions, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail environment. Additionally, the Retail Sales Assistant will support sales goals, contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality shopping experiences, and ensure store standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales to meet or exceed sales targets and support store performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or sales are beneficial.
