Job Description

  • To provide Cambridge Primary Checkpoint Maths (0096), IGCSE Mathematics & Additional Mathematics tuition and/or A-Level Mathematics tuition.
  • Prepare lesson materials, such as handouts and quizzes.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress throughout teaching sessions.
  • Provide updates to the Principal on the student's progress whenever necessary.

Job Requirement

  • Applicants must possess at least an Advanced Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Certificate or other relevant qualifications in Maths, Engineering, and other relevant fields.
  • Applicants must have at least 3 years of working experience as a private tutor or teacher in any educational institution.
  • Applicants with experience in teaching Cambridge Primary Checkpoint Maths (0096), Mathematics (0580), IGCSE Additional Mathematics (0606), and/or A-Level Mathematics are an advantage.
  • Applicants must have a good command of the English language. Strong proficiency in Bahasa and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Applicants must be comfortable teaching in a physical and online environment. Applicants must be well-versed in using a variety of software, tools, and Google Classrooms.
  • Applicants must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse team.
  • Applicants are required to do a lesson demonstration minutes) upon request. Details regarding the lesson demonstration will be disclosed once the interview has been confirmed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM RM70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.5 – 6 per week
