About the Role

BananaBro is growing fast, and we're levelling up our operations game. As an Operations Services Executive, you'll be the engine that supports our restaurants with strong processes, smooth execution, and day-to-day operational solutions. You'll work closely with the Head of Operations, Area Coaches, Training, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to make sure every BananaBro restaurant runs consistent, and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Restaurant Operations Support


• Provide daily operational support to Area Coaches and Restaurant Managers.


• Monitor restaurant performance (sales, COGS, labour, complaints, hygiene) and highlight gaps for immediate action.


• Assist in implementing operational SOPs and ensuring compliance across FOH & BOH.


• Support restaurant set-ups: dining layout, pick-up areas, equipment placement, signage, tools, service flow.

  1. Process Improvement & Standards


• Review restaurant processes and propose improvements to reduce extra motion, steps, and time waste.


• Standardise FOH & BOH tools (tissue box, cutlery setup, ordering systems, signage, service support tools).


• Work with Marketing & Purchasing to ensure brand alignment for all equipment and visual setups.


• Support new initiatives like QR Ordering, All-Day Menu (ADM), and new FOH/BOH flows.

  1. Project & Rollout Coordination


• Assist in planning and executing operational rollouts (menu changes, new equipment, new service flows).


• Coordinate with Project team, SCM, Purchasing, and Training for successful restaurant execution.


• Track progress of rollouts, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.

  1. Data & Reporting


• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the Operations team.


• Track operational KPIs such as speed of service, table turnover, labour utilisation, complaint rate, audit scores.


• Support Ops in gathering data for decision-making and continuous improvement.

  1. Training & Compliance Support


• Assist Training department in preparing quick guides, tools, checklists, and SOP updates.


• Follow up on training compliance for new hires, new menu launches, and new processes.


• Participate in field visits with Area Coaches to validate training execution and operations readiness.

• Strong passion for F&B and operations excellence.


• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.


• Good communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.


• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset; not afraid to get hands-on in the restaurants.


• Comfortable with data, reporting, and tools (Excel/Lark/Google Workspace).


• Minimum 1–2 years experience in F&B operations or related field is an added advantage.
