Job Description:

  • Manage and execute all stages of the transaction cycle — including registration, enrollment, data updates, contributions, payments, terminations, transfers, investments, claims, document management, and inquiries.
  • Oversee daily HK ePension operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery in line with policies, regulations, and SLAs.
  • Verify data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction issues, ensuring smooth end-to-end processing for contribution and payment tagging.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities to meet project and service goals.
  • Respond to inquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Support special assignments, projects, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements — including defining requirements, testing processes, and coordinating with developers for successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
  • Fresh Graduates without any prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analytics.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in dynamic and transitional environment.
  • Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.
  • Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following the Hong Kong public holiday schedule.
  • 5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturdays (half day).
  • Able to work on shift arrangement.
