About the role

  • Assist finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
  • Support financial analysis, data entry, and reporting
  • Help with reconciliations, expense tracking, and invoice processing
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports
  • Maintain organized files and up-to-date documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects
  • Contract Length minimum 3 Months-6 Months

What you'll learn

  • Fundamentals of accounting and financial processes
  • Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, dashboards)
  • Financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a finance, accounting, economics, or related program (undergraduate or graduate)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
