Job Description:

To oversee inventory management operation in Assembly Production Factory.
Manage and develop inventory management plans, stock holding policies, guidelines and processes to ensure inventory is planned at optimal level to meet target set.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels by minimizing excess and obsolete/aging stocks.
Drives continuous improvement activities in parts supply planning and system.
Implement strategic and tactical plans to develop and improve inventory/store process in order to improve inventory levels and on time delivery to Assembly production.
Establish and maintain strong relationship with vendors/suppliers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Ensure 5s and safety practice in place in inventory/store operation.
Ensure compliance to QMS ISO 9001 , EMS ISO 14001, ABCMS ISO 37001 procedures and requirement.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Degree In Engineering, Inventory Management or any related field.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems (infor LN).
Strong understanding of inventory management techniques, principles and supply chain processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and inventory records.
Strong in planning and time management skills with the ability to meet target and deadlines set.
Good analysis and problems solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make quick decision.
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationship and collaborating with internal and external interested parties.
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese.
